Welcome to Mathnasium of Barrington

We've been attending math club since Summer 2020. This year I have a 4th grader and a Kindergarten enrolled. They love the time spent - more fun than work. We had great experience with the Directors - just wish there wasn't the turnover, hoping these two stick.

Mathnasium has been very good for our daughters’ math education. We are very happy with the teaching as well as the flexibility on scheduling. The local team is very creative, motivated and friendly!

My 10 yr old is doing really well at Math and made the math enrichment program, and the credit goes to Mathnasium. They have taken a one on one approach in the evaluation process, spend time talking to parents, identify the weak area and did what's needed. So thank you Mathnasium and a special thank you to Taylor for all the help!

Tyler has always made time to fit my daughter in for before tests or special homework help.

Tyler has been a great addition to Mathnasium in Barrington. He listens to your concerns and always accommodate students. He’s even made sure to add fun prizes for students.

Mathnasium has been wonderful for our kids. They asked to go back at the end of the summer so they could get ahead before the school year started. The instructors are great, and Tyler is always so accommodating.

My daughter has always loved math, but sometimes struggles with how it’s taught in school. Mathnasium helps her think about how she should approach the problems, and how there are many different ways to approach each one!

So far my boys have enjoyed coming and I hope to see their hard work pay off in the classroom soon!

My son has made great progress on his map scores in math and has gotten help with classroom homework.

Highly recommend. If your kid needs help with math, thi is the place.

The Mathnasium Barrington team has changed my seventh grader's perspective on math. My daughter feels that she has a support group which boosts her efforts to overcome any math challenges. The gamification elements of the approach encourage the students to try harder. This way, students associate math improvements with rewards. Encouragement and motivation are aspects of the Mathanasium Barrington math teaching style.

There are only 5 to six children to one teacher .

My daughter loves Mathnasium! She continued to attend 2x weekly all summer and is now in Advanced math going into Middle School! Totally worth it to see her so confident and actually loving math!

My child is not a fan of math, but since joining the Barrington center she is super motivated to learn. Tyler and team are the best!

Mathnasium is a great place for kids to get help with math. My daughter has improved her confidence and her math scores since attending Mathnasium in Barrington. Tyler has been really great. You can tell he genuinely cares and he's invested in her growth as a student. All of the tutors have been helpful and my daughter enjoys going there.

We’re so thankful to be a part of the Barrington Mathnasium community! Tyler and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful, kind and enthusiastic about teaching math. Tyler has really gone above and beyond trying to get my son and other students excited about math through extra sessions, math games and math parties. Thank you!

My kids absolutely love Mathnasium! They are always excited to go & it amazes me how much they are learning and developing a love for math. I can't speak more highly of this place. Is a gem and the teachers are awesome. My kid Bella said to me, "Mom if you ever take me out of Mathnasium, I will literally cry".... I actually cried hearing that! Today Gigi came home so excited that she finished all her math pages & how proud Mr. Tyler was of her! These are my ever so often moments with Mathnasium. Just a heartfelt "Thank You" to all the wonderful staff at Mathnasium...you rock!

Love , Love, LOVE this place! Everyone is nice and helpful. The daughter always struggles in math, but she went from a C- to an A- in a few months after she join the program.

My child has become so much more confident in herself and her math skills. It’s has been a wonderful change.
