Mathnasium First Steps teaches kids the foundational skills and concepts of mathematics.

	Numeration Numbers and how they work: The Language of Mathematics and how it describes sequences, quantities, groups, and combinations.
	Shapes A first look at geometric shapes and the infi nite world of two- and three-dimensional space.
	Fractions Down the rabbit hole of numbers greater than zero and smaller than one: Fractions and how they represent evenly divided parts of a whole and have their own special names and properties.
	Measurements Learning how to measure distance, capacity, weight, and time, in order to compare and describe the world in quantitative terms. Introducing units of measure and how parts make up the whole.
