Ram Jawadi, Center Director
Ram is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Daly City. Prior to opening his Mathnasium center, Ram worked as a Software Engineering Manager and Architect with IBM Corporation, specializing in Software Architecture , Technology innovation and Project management. He has a Ph.D from University of Florida. Having struggled with math as a child, Ram is enthusiastic about helping every child in the Daly City community to truly understand math by teaching it in the way that makes sense to them. He has taught and tutored children of all ages, and he is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in the community. Married with two daughters, Ram also helps at the local school.
Helen graduated from San Diego State University with Bachelors in Applied Mathematics. She was a member of SDSU Society of Actuaries and Statisticians and SDSU Math Club. Prior to SDSU Helen graduated from Terra Nova High School. She played tenor saxophone for the TNHS marching and concert bands. Helen is an avid hiker and a backpacker. She recently spent 4 months hiking 1600 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail.
Vishnu graduated from Hult International Business School with Masters in International Business (4.0 GPA). He scored A+ in Business Mathematics and 100% in GRE Math. Prior to that he obtained his Bachelors in BioTechnology from IIT Kharagpur. Vishnu loves math and excelled in every math course he has taken. He is passionate about teaching math to young students in a way that makes sense to them and ignite their love for math.
Paige is currently pursuing Bachelors degree at Skyline College, Pacifica. She graduated from Terra Nova High School where she developed her passion for Math and has taken several math courses. She loves working with kids and has worked as a tutor and nanny for years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on road trips.
Stephanie is a Junior attending Terra Nova High School. She currently has a GPA of 4.166. Prior to working at Mathnasium, she has tutored kids of all ages, helping them to understand math so that they can complete their studies with ease. She has worked at Terra Nova’s Afterschool Tutoring Center since 2016. She was recognized for excellence in tutoring and for being a distinguished math student by Terra Nova’s Mathematics Department. Additionally, she has worked with many children, and having two younger siblings of her own, loves being in an environment with kids.
