Annmarie Burgmeier, Director
Annmarie graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa with a degree in Elementary Education, and received her Master's in Education from the University of Northern Arizona. She has been teaching for 18 years, including fourth and fifth grade in Minnesota, followed by 14 years in the Kyrene School District.

Math didn't come easy to Annmarie in school so she feels that she can really relate to students who struggle in math. Annmarie's focus at Mathnasium is helping students succeed and gain confidence in their abilities through teaching math in a way that makes sense to them. Annmarie really believes in the individualization that Mathnasium provides. Annmarie's three boys, ages 4, 5 and 9 love coming into Mathnasium and helping Mom and Dad.

Annmarie enjoys running and has recently participated in marathons.

Brian Burgmeier, Director
Brian gradated form the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a BA in Economics and Business Administration. Math was always Brian's favorite subject in school and he is excited to be involved in a venture where he gets to make a difference. Brian favorite part of teaching students with the Mathnasium method is the look in their eyes when the student finally understands a new math concept.

Brian enjoys snowboarding and golf.

Scott Unsworth, Center Director
Scott graduated from Occidental College with a degree in Anthropology and Sociology. He has a MBA form Pepperdine University, an Executive MBA from Harvard, a Master's in Counseling from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Phoenix. He is currently in his Ph.D. dissertation phase (ABD) in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. His dissertation focus is on parental involvement in student education.

Scott has twenty years of teaching experience at the K-12, Higher Education, and Business Executive levels. Scott's educational focus is on educational excellence and the ability of the student to use mathematical reasoning on a daily basis.
