Paul Walker, Director
Paul graduated from the University of California, San Diego with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He has 24 years of experience as an Engineer. During his career, Paul has been involved in the design and testing of various types of hardware and software as both an employee and consultant.

Paul has enjoyed teaching as long as he can remember, and has always had an entrepreneurial aspiration. When he heard about Mathnasium, Paul was intrigued by the opportunity to teach, help students, and to have his own business. Subsequent investigation convinced him that this was a direction that he should take.

Paul has two children in college, and he enjoys photography in his spare time.

Leslie Walker, Director
Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science/Landscape Horticulture from the University of California, Davis. She has homeschooled her two children for the past15 years. After completing her homeschooling program, both of her children have gone on to successful college careers.

Leslie enjoys working with students and helping them learn and grow. She can trace her love for math back to her high school Geometry class, when she had a teacher who inspired her. Leslie looks forward to having that same effect on young children by showing them how much fun math can be.
