Mike's interest in math started at an early age, with a natural ability for problem solving. Later, as a quiet 7th grader, he was greatly influenced by his math teacher, who helped him overcome his shyness by calling on him when he knew he would have the answer.
Having earned a degree in communications, Mike chose a career in Human Resources and Adult Education. Now, after 25+ years, Mike sees the Mathnasium Method as an opportunity to "return to his roots" and influence other students the way his teacher once helped him.
