Melanie Staus, Director
Melanie graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Secondary Education. Melanie graduated with honors and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest and largest academic honor society. She spent ten years in the benefits consulting industry performing actuarial work and overseeing the administration of pension plans for several Fortune 500 companies. Melanie has done extensive math tutoring for all ages and in all subject areas and is thrilled to share her passion for teaching and love of mathematics!

Justin Staus, Director
Justin graduated from the University of Missouri– St. Louis in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He has spent over nine years in the banking and employee benefits industry developing and marketing products to Fortune 1000 companies. Justin loves playing soccer and has also coached several youth teams in Missouri and Georgia.

Melanie and Justin are the proud parents of a 5 year old boy, Tanner, and 2 1/2 year old girl, Avery. They understand the importance of developing “Number Sense” and look forward to bringing the Mathnasium Method to your children.
