Divya received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of California-San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, East Bay. She has worked as a product manager for a global biotech company for over 5 years. She left the corporate world to be a stay at home mom to her two handsome boys. Divya loves math and loves working with kids. She believes that Mathematics is an important part of building a strong foundation for problem solving and success in various careers and fields for our future generation. She agrees strongly in the Mathnasium mission which is: "To teach math to students in a way that makes sense to them" Divya is very excited about bringing the Mathnasium Program to Dublin, CA. Ritika’s priorities completely changed, after becoming a mother of two boys. Like most parents do, she quickly realized that parents play the most important role of early influencers in the child’s development. With the above in mind, she started studying Early Childhood Education and worked Hands On with children, as a Pre-school teacher for many years. She believes that teaching is one of the most noble, and rewarding professions, which allows a unique opportunity to play a prominent role a child’s development. Math being one of the most fundamentally important and also the most feared, was the subject of her choice. Her motto has been to make Math fun for all kids, and every day she strives to make it so both at home and at the Mathnasium.

Ritika received her Bachelors in Science and a Masters Degree in Business Management from Delhi University in 1997. After which she successfully worked for over 10 years in the corporate world, heading a marketing team for a leading daily newspaper and also as a Business Development Manager for a leading healthcare service provider here in California. She brings her business & teaching experience, creativity and imagination everyday to work with children, in a practical and interesting way, and almost always creates an enthusiastic environment and ensures to makes Math learning fun and effective.

Phillip graduated from the University of California - Davis with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Education. He plans on enrolling into a teacher credential program in the future and hopes to teach math at the high school level. In his free time, he loves playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music.
