Our Team

Ken graduated with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama and graduated with a MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He served in the United States Navy for 20 years as a Naval Aviator, flying the SH-60B helicopter. He also worked for the Secretary of the Navy developing cost estimates for high value DoD programs and coordinated training requirements for the Western Pacific fleet. After retiring from the Navy, he has been working as a cost analyst supporting military programs. Ken has always loved math and teaching others to believe in themselves and how to excel. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and after hearing about the Mathnasium teaching philosophy, he knew this was the best way to help kids achieve their greatest potential in all aspects of their lives, with knowledge and confidence. Ken enjoys reading, hiking, and riding motorcycles in his spare time.
