Ariana is a senior student at the University of North Texas working towards Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Spanish. She is currently working towards her dream of becoming a speech language pathologist. She has worked with over 100 students – both disabled and typically functioning – on a variety of mathematic skills and much more. Her favorite part of teaching is having the opportunity to watch students’ lives change before her very eyes. She loves getting to be part of a student’s “ah-hah” moment, and helping to break down difficult concepts for students into much more manageable and enjoyable ones. She first began tutoring her friends in math during middle school once variables were introduced, and has enjoyed helping fellow peers in a variety of subjects even through college since then from Biology to Chemistry to History to Mathematics. Her desire to help people has only grown since then and she is absolutely ecstatic to have the opportunity to continue to help students learn and shine at Mathnasium.
