Meet the Team at Mathnasium of Kingwood

Sunny Dhamija

Sunny is the Owner and Chief Education Officer of Mathnasium of Kingwood. Prior to opening his Mathnasium centers, Sunny worked in various positions globally as a Vice President with Baker Hughes in the oil field service industry. He has an MBA from Indian School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Having excelled in math as a child, in a hyper-competitive environment, Sunny believes that a strong foundation in Math is a prerequisite for being successful in life. He first experienced the Mathnasium method when his own children enrolled in a Mathnasium center, and they saw great benefits. He is enthusiastic about helping every child in the Kingwood community to truly understand math in the way that makes sense to them, whether it be for catching up, keeping up or getting ahead! Married with 2 kids, Sunny is involved with the community and also loves to road bike to connect with communities.
