Our Team

Sarin began teaching math in high school as a private tutor for students seeking help in classes ranging from Algebra through Calculus. She was also a volunteer math tutor for high school students preparing for the math portion of the California High School Exit Exam. Because of her love for teaching, she began working at the Mathnasium of La Cañada as an instructor when it opened in July 2009. She continued teaching at Mathnasium even during her years at UC San Diego. Sarin intends to continue her education in the field of law. She is currently a proud co-owner of the Mathnasium of La Cañada and enjoys seeing students excel as a result of the Mathnasium Method.

Like her twin sister, Talin has enjoyed teaching math since high school, having privately tutored students in math subjects ranging from Pre-Algebra to Calculus. During her high school years, she volunteered as a Teacher’s Aide and guided students during summer school math programs. Talin began working at the Mathnasium of La Canada as an Instructor and eventually became Lead Instructor. She was so immediately impressed with the Mathnasium Method that she kept working even while taking courses at UC San Diego. Talin graduated early with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and aims to attend law school in the future. She is co-owner of the Mathnasium of La Cañada and loves seeing students become more confident and enthusiastic about math.

Narbeh has always been enthusiastic about teaching. His interest in math led him to become an electrical engineer with a degree from Cal Poly Pomona. His work at the local YMCA as a lifeguard and swim instructor has driven him to continue working with kids. He is currently pursuing his Masters degree in engineering management and he is proud to co-own and operate the Mathnasium of La Cañada along with his cousins. Narbeh loves to see the students become more eager about their math education as they improve with the Mathnasium Method!
