Programs

On average, students lose approximately 2.6 months of grade equivalency in mathematical computation skills over the summer months. Summer is a great time to participate in math, learn new skills and boost confidence. In order to help students avoid the summer slide, Mathnasium is offerng "JUMP STARTERS". These flexible programs are designed to give students an extra boost heading into the new school year. Two, 60 minute sessions per week are planned for these workouts. Students can come in any time during regular hours, 10am-noon, 3pm-7pm, Monday-Thursday. The summer schedule will run June 4 through August 9. Choose from Jumpstart Elementary (for students entering 4th grade this fall) or Jumpstart Middle School (for students entering 6th grade this fall) FREE REGISTRATION THROUGH MAY 18th!!!

For middle and high school students. Get ready for fall with introductions to new topics or reviews of previous ones. Stop summer loss of math skills! Readiness - Pre-Algebra (6th grade and up) Readiness - Algebra I (7th grade and up) Readiness - High School Geometry Review - Algebra I (or prep for Algebra II) Review - High School Geometry College Math Prep - Prepare to take the math SAT/ACT this fall (diagnostic testing required.) This new program is designed to give students going into Pre-K, kindergarten and 1st grade the foundations for a lifetime of math success. Ten, 50 minute sessions over 2 weeks are planned for these enrichment classes. Classes are limited to 5 students, so register soon to reserve your child's place. The session is scheduled for June 18 thru June 29 from 8-8:50 for pre-K, Kindergarten and 9-9:50 for Kindergarten, 1st grade.
