Programs

All of our programs begin with a thorough assessment process, both oral and written, to see what your child already knows, which skills need to be addressed, and most importantly, how do they learn math. This allows us to match our instruction and curriculum directly to your child's math level, creating their individual learning plan. Scheduling is flexible. Make or change your appointments up to 24 hours in advance provided space is available. Because students have different goals in math, we have different Mathnasium programs.

This is the regular Mathnasium program. Students attend Mathnasium for two sessions per week. Members set up a regular twice-weekly schedule which can be changed provided slots are available. Children’s school teachers are contacted each nine weeks and encouraged to provide feedback. We work with students on homework and test preparation as needed for up to 30 minutes per hour of instruction. Students may also receive instruction on standardized test preparation including SAT, ACT, and ISEE math skills.

This membership is the same as the Mathnasium membership, except students come for as many sessions as they like. This membership offers students with more flexiblity with scheduling and gives them the opportunity to work on fundamental math concepts as well as current class work. Call for more details.

Our newest type of membership where students can purchase ten hour blocks of tutorials to try out the program or to get through a rough spot. Like exercising or weight loss, seldom does a quick fix work. However, it does for some. Call for eligiblity requirements.

More than the regular Mathnasium program, our Private Workout Sessions offer students one on one instruction with a lead instructor. This program is for students who wish to have a more focused session, whether it be class work or test prep. Call for more details.

This program is designed to offer high school math students specifically where we assist students with their math class homework and test prep. Students come twice a week and receive direct tutorials on current classroom concepts using Mathnasium's Methods of Instruction and Mathnasium's Curriculum. Students are accepted on a first come first served bases. Spacing is limited so call now for details.

If your child's math skills are considered to be at or above his or her grade level, then this program is for you. Students attend once per week and focus on activities to push them toward excellence and to enrich their love of math. Students must test "at grade level" on our assessment in order to be eligible for this program.

Foundational math skills for pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade. First Step classes are taught in small groups of 4-5 students of similar age and abilities. Learning activities include songs, games, along with manual, as well as hands-on, oral, and written activities. This program is designed to help students master the important fundamental skills of math. Call for details.

COMING SOON! This program will specialize in assisting parents of home-schooled students with curriculum, pacing, instruction, and testing. Call for details.

Our 4th Annual Summer Math Boot Camp will begin June 4th, ending on July 13th. Our expanded summer program is an great opportunity for students to catch up, keep up, and get ahead.
