Programs
Summer Programs
In addition to our regular program, we offer a special summer program....
Mathnasium is a math learning center where students come to “catch up, keep up, or get ahead” in math. After we use a precise assessment to compile a curriculum specifically designed for your student, we teach: Face-to-face, individualized teaching – no computers or calculators. Our goal is to help the student develop the “number sense” that turns math into a powerful tool for logical thought and problem-solving.
Students stay engaged because we make it fun and encouraging. Watch your students' grades improve, but more importantly, see how his or her confidence skyrockets as they see that they can, in fact, “get it!”
Summer Programs
At Mathnasium, summer programs are all about helping our students get ready for what lies ahead. For some students that means a good, solid review of previous material. For others, that may mean getting a preview of what will be coming next year. Most students will get some of both!

Since all of our instruction is uniquely individualized and tailored to your student’s specific needs, just schedule 20 one-hour visits (approx. 2 sessions per week) during our open summer hours:

Ready, Set, Go!
Elementary (Grades 2 – 5)
Throughout the elementary grades, the Mathnasium Method builds the kind of “number sense” that makes math meaningful and applicable to daily life. This program takes each student where they are and prepares them for the next step in their mathematics education.

PowerMath Preview
Middle School (Grades 6 – 8)
All of middle school math could be said to be in preparation for Algebra. The PowerMath Preview program will help solidify the foundations of fractions, decimals, proportional thinking, prime factoring, and all those elements that come together to make Algebra understandable.

Master Series
High School (Grades 9 – 12)
Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II all need to be mastered if the student is to be prepared for the next level or the SAT/ACT tests. This program is where the mastery comes!
Summer Program Rates
· Each summer program offers 20 one-hour sessions. Rates to be posted at a later date.

Homework Help Package
$35 per one hour visit / 3 for $100
The student will work on homework, with instructor assistance, and will attend as needed during regular Mathnasium hours.
Private Tutoring
$50.00 per hour
Private tutoring sessions are held after hours at Mathnasium and include a one-on-one visit with a qualified instructor. The student brings questions and necessary materials...textbook, homework, etc. Private tutoring students are typically in high school and college studying Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calc, and Calculus.
