Our Team

Lee Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary. He spent 11 years as an analyst in the restaurant industry before going into business with his wife Janet operating several Baskin-Robbins stores in South Snohomish County, WA. He has had 16 years experience working with children both as young customers and as employees and feels this experience, along with his educational and working background in math, suit him well in helping young people develop their own math skills. He has had a life long love of math and often wished for a way to pass that enthusiasm along to the young people he knew. Mathnasium is just such a way. His hope is that a time will come when people everywhere will scratch their heads and say, “Why are those Americans always so good at math?”
