Our Team

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa and is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA.) She has the first 25 years of her career applying her business and math skills while performing actuarial work and management responsibilities for a top insurance company. She is excited to bring the first Mathnasium Learning Center to Iowa and to be sharing her love of math with local students. Jeanne looks forward to changing families’ lives by removing the math tension of math homework and replacing it with a smile when math is mentioned. She is also excited to face the challenge and feel the accomplishments of owning her own business. Jeanne is married to Kevin and has three sons. Jacob, eternally 15 and in heavenly peace since 2007, Josh, 18, and K.J., 14. The Giles family are die-hard Green Bay Packer fans. Jeanne actively participates in fitness kickboxing and enjoys anything in or by water and has participated in local triathlons. She will participate in Iowa first Warrior Dash in July 2012. She also enjoys travel and reading.
