Naveen Bansal

Head Instructor
Naveen Bansal holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and currently is a Wehr Endowed professor at Marquette University. He has been passionate about math since his childhood and loves to teach math as a hobby and in his profession. He believes that it is the frame of mind that determines a child's ability to understand math (or any other subject). Fortunately, every child can be repositioned with a frame of mind in order to learn math in the correct way. He is married to Anu Bansal and has two grown-up kids.

Mrs. Sarita Deshpande

Lead Instructor
Greetings! My name is Sarita Deshpande. I have a Master’s degree from India in Physics with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry. I also received a Nuclear Medicine Technologist degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. My passion to help kids started with my opting to be a tutor in the AVID program at Menomonee Falls High School (MFHS). The staff quickly understood my potential and hired me as an EA with a responsibility to co-teach Mathematics including honors courses to high school students. I also run the Math resource lab at MFHS. My style of teaching is to simplify the concept and inspire students to see the beauty and power of this subject. Students come to me for Math but end up sharing and getting guidance on their life issues as well. This is my true reward. When not teaching at MFHS, I work as a realtor. I am excited to be a part of the Mathnasium team and hope to help as many students as I can.

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
