CenterDirectorSanjay Bhandari, Owner/Operations Manager

Sanjay has always had a passion for learning and helping others learn. His goal is to meet his students where they are, build their confidence and skills, and inspire in them a love for math. He believes that having fun is an essential element to building a successful learning environment. Sanjay has seen the power that strong math skills can have in helping kids thrive not only in math but in other subjects in school. Having seen the results of the Mathnasium Method, Sanjay is enthusiastic about helping every child he can to truly understand math by teaching it in a way that makes sense to them. He has taught and tutored children of all ages, and he is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in the community.

Sanjay has extensive knowledge of the Mathnasium Methods and Systems and is Master Certified from the Mathnasium University. Sanjay has worked with students from the Austin community for 13 years and has served Mathnasium families for over 10 years.

Sanjay’s life-long love of math dates back to his high school days competing with his math team and his love of sports statistics. In his spare time Sanjay can be found enjoying the outdoors, playing chess, and spending time with his wife Emily, son Osiav (2), and dog Yodha (4).
