Mathlete of the month: Ben R.
This award is given to the student who has shown a great attitude, worked hard, and significantly improved their math skills. Zach is in the 2nd grade and attends St. Teresa's Catholic School. He is currently working on 3rd grade level math topics including adding and comparing fractions, horizontal addition, and our mutliplication workout book.
 
Most improved: Natalie S.
Natalie improved her checkup 1 score from 44% to 100%! She has improved her numerical fluency and her ability to solve word problems a great deal. Natalie is in the 2nd grade and attends Estelle Kampmeier Elementary School.
 
Hardest worker: Sabrina G.
Sabrina attends 2 or 3 times each week and has completed many workbook pages since she started attending in October. She is very good about keeping focused and meeting her goal for the day. Sabrina is in the 6th grade and attend Grant Middle School.

Mathlete of the month: Marissa A.
This award is given to the student who has shown a great attitude, worked hard, and significantly improved their math skills. Marissa has been attending Mathnasium since late October and always seems to be in the mood to learn something new. She is in the 6th grade and attends Carriel Middle School.
 
Most improved: Kaylee B.
Kaylee improved her checkup 1 score from 30% to 84%, a remarkable improvement. She usually attends twice a week. She is in the 2nd grade and attends Scott Elementary School.
 
Hardest worker: Kurt K.
Kurt is really good about getting a number of his WOB pages completed each session. He's just very consistent about his effort and determination to complete our work and his homework. Kurt is taking Algebra in the 8th grade and attends Fulton Middle School.

Mathlete of the month: Shivam K.
This award is given to the student who has shown a great attitude, worked hard, and significantly improved their math skills. Shivam has been attending Mathnasium for two months and is usually good at completing his WOB work and homework. He is in the 6th grade and attends Carriel Middle School.
 
Most improved: Ryan W.
Ryan improved his checkup 3 score from 37% to 68% in just over three months. He greatly improved his mental math abilities and solving word problems. Ryan is in the 5th grade and attends Estelle Kampeyer.
 
Hardest worker: Jasmine V.
Jasmine started attending in September and has impressed us with her determination and willingess to learn. Since September she has improved her understanding with word problems, multiplication facts, coin equivalences, subtraction, and fractions. She'll be ready for another checkup soon.

Mathlete of the month: Natalie F.
This award is given to the student who has shown a great attitude, worked hard, and significantly improved their math skills. Natalie started attending early September and has already earned two A's on math tests at school. She has a healthy appetitie to learn. She is in the 8th grade and attends St. Clare.
 
Most improved: Blake M.
Blake improved his checkup #2 score from 38% to 76%. In addition, he has shown great improvement with his addition and multiplcation facts. Blake attends Moye Elementary School.
 
Hardest worker: Cali S.
Cali has attended, on and off, since January 2010. This past month she mastered subtraction with borrowing and one-step long division with her hard work. Cali is in the 3rd grade and attends Roosevelt Elementary School.
