Jack DiMillo, Center Director

Jack DiMillo has been with Mathnasium since early 2016 at the Fullerton location as an Instructor and Team Leader. He began his journey at Mathnasium because of his passion for working with kids. In the past, Jack worked as a swim instructor for the YMCA and realized how much delight there was in helping children learn. Although math was always his best subject, Jack understands the difficulties that students can have with math, and believes that with hard work and determination, all students can achieve math success. Jack’s ultimate goal is to help young students conquer their fear of math, and replace it with confidence and joy. Similar to his fellow mathletes, he has other non-academic hobbies including body surfing in Newport Beach, and playing billiards with friends.

Adam Bender, Community Relationships Coordinator

Adam earned his Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication from the University of Southern California and is a proud Trojan. Adam is thankful that his longtime passion for working with kids and the community is now intertwined with his career. He grew up giving back to his community by coaching basketball at the Boys & Girls Club, working with underprivileged youth in South Los Angeles, volunteering with the Special Olympics, and tutoring his high school peers. Adam was the Center Director at Mathnasium of North Santa Clarita for its opening year, where he worked to make the Center an integral part of the community, and he is now applying that experience to several centers. Adam believes there is no greater reward than helping kids learn, thrive and feel confident in their abilities and is very excited about introducing mathnasium to a wider audience to help more children understand math and see their confidence reach its fullest potential.
