Prior to Mathnasium, Kimberly had a very successful career at Chrysler, LLC where she worked for 13 years. She held several key roles including Business Planner for the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing as well as Manufacturing Manager of Axle Assembly Operations at the Detroit Axle Plant. Despite an accomplished career, Kimberly was compelled to pursue a life long passion - providing educational opportunities for children.<
Kimberly has experienced first hand the importance of obtaining strong math skills and feels that these skills are imperative for becoming competitive in today’s global marketplace. Mathnasium gives her the opportunity to help kids gain a deep understanding of mathematics and develop strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. “The best thing about it is that Mathnasium teaches all of this to kids in a way that makes sense to them!” Kimberly lives in the Canton area with her husband and two children, ages 4 and 7.

Rashonda began her nine year career at Chrysler in the Chrysler Institute of Engineering Program. Some of her key roles included Manufacturing Production Supervisor, Vehicle Engineer, and Product Release Engineer.
Rashonda has always loved children and math. So much so, that she spent her last two summers teaching Algebra to 8th and 9th graders at Schoolcraft College. Rashonda has always believed that students don't hate math, they just hate that it hasn't been explained to them in a way they can understand. Mathnasium allows Rashonda to do what she loves and enhances her ability to teach students in a way they can understand. Rashonda lives in the Canton area with her husband and three children, ages 3, 5 and 7.
