Mathnasium Announces 2007 Franchise Of The Year
The Woodlands, TX receives Franchisee of the Year Award at 2007 Mathnasium Franchise ConventionThe Woodlands, TX, April 24, 2007 -- Mathnasium Learning Centers, the leading math learning center franchise, recently recognized John Opalko of The Woodlands, TX, with the company's Franchisee of the Year Award at its national franchise convention.
Opalko received the award for having the highest number of students enrolled in a center.
"This award is the result of a great deal of hard work, and I appreciate the recognition, as well as the support and encouragement, from everyone at Mathnasium," said Opalko.
The Mathnasium Annual Franchise Convention - held April 22 - 24 at The Village at Squaw Valley Hotel in Lake Tahoe, CA - focused on "Going the Extra Mile."
Attendees shared ideas and discussed insights on how to grow their businesses as they strive to provide the best math tutoring available to children in their communities, as well as the highest value to parents.

After opening in September of 2005, Opalko reached 100 students enrolled in a record-setting 10 months. In the year prior to the convention, his center maintained an average monthly enrollment of 100 students.
