Cristian

Center Manager

Cristian graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Development and a minor in Mathematics. He has been tutoring since the age of 15 through public library programs and freelance tutoring. Cristian has been able to create a fun atmosphere for parents and students that encourages learning on a wide variety of topics. Cristian has taught math up to precalculus level to students of various ages and skill levels. Through his experience, Cristian has developed the ability to pinpoint the areas of disconnect a student has with comprehension and mastery, and from there mentor them to success.

Amy

District Manager

Amy earned her Mathematics Education degree at the University of Central Florida while teaching at Mathnasium. She has mastered advanced courses such as Trigonometry, Calculus 1,2,3, Statistics and Differential Equations. Amy has always known that she wanted to be an educator but more so after tutoring her niece, who has a learning disability. Her passion for helping children and math has helped Amy become Area Manager after starting as a part- time instructor. She believes that you can't excel in math unless you have a solid foundation and good "Number Sense."

Sanaa

Instructor

With a degree in economics, Sanaa knows how important math is to being successful in life and uses that knowledge to help her students gain a passion for what they are currently learning. She uses her positive attitude and patience to guide her students to develop a love of math and lose any fear they might have. She takes her time to learn what each student needs for the day and makes sure to guide them to understand the topic at hand and have a very successful session!

Kiyomi

Instructor

Kiyomi loves using her passion for education, to help students reach their full potential when it comes not only to mathematics but learning in general. She uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage her students during each session and really gets excited when she can tell her students start to understand the topic they are working on. Kiyomi loves what she does and you can see that each day in the center by watching how she interacts with her students.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
