Anna Carroll

Center Director

Hi! I'm Anna Carroll, Center Director at Mathnasium of Rockville. I taught for 2.5 years in MCPS and have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Cedar has always enjoyed math and STEM, and hopes to teach it in school one day. He loves working with Mathnasium’s students and watching them grow.

I absolutely enjoy teaching kids at Mathnasium because it allows me to make a positive impact on their math foundation and growth. It’s rewarding to see their confidence as they learn new concepts and improve their problem-solving skills.

Assistant Center Director

Andres is studying economics at the University of Maryland, is a Mathnasium Instructor and ASM Tennis Academy Coach/Director. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and with some Portuguese under his belt, he makes learning easy for everyone.

I like working at Mathnasium because of the welcoming and fun environment, whether it's with other instructors or the students. Teaching kids is especially enjoyable as the student's excitement and enthusiasm is infectious.

Hi! I’m Zuzana and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Mathnasium team! As someone who’s always loved math as a kid, I really enjoy being able to help other students find their passions for it as well. In my free time, I’m a part of my schools math team and the treasurer of the Math Honors society. In the future, I would like to major in biomedical engineering and possibly go to medical school.

I love instructing at Mathnasium because of the supportive community we have here. I never really thought math could be made fun, but coming here to help others has become something I look forward to every week. As a high school student myself, I hope I to grow my own skills while assisting others at growing their own.

Hi! My name is Julia, I’ve always loved physics and math! I learned to love math when I was a student in Mathnasium and and I’m excited to be an instructor at Mathnasium now!
