Meet the Team at Mathnasium of Sherwood

Scott Parker, M. Ed.

Scott has served in education since 1993. Scott believes that ALL students have the potential to learn if given the right instruction. Mathnasium is the vehicle that allows math to make sense for students and build their confidence to help them become successful in Mathematics. Before becoming the owner of Mathnasium of Sherwood, Scott taught elementary, middle, and high school students. He served as an Associate Principal, Middle School Principal, High School Principal, and an Executive Director for Secondary School Principals. During Scott's time as a teacher and administrator, he has seen the negative impact math can have on students. With Mathnasium, students are met where they are and take steps to help them learn so that math makes sense to them and becomes more enjoyable as they work through their math learning plans. Scott and his wife, Paige, have four grown kids and a granddaughter. Scott enjoys hiking, golfing, and watching sports.
