Our Team

Krista graduated from East Carolina University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She has twenty-plus years of experience working with children in the classroom as well as private tutoring. In 2001, she earned National Board Certification, which measures a teacher’s practice against high and rigorous standards through an extensive series of performance-based assessments. Krista understands the unique challenges facing today’s teachers and students in the area of math instruction. She looks forward to providing an individualized program to each student that is thought-based, promotes problem solving/critical thinking and produces results.
