Kaitlin

Lead Instructor

Hi! My name is Kaitlin Nguyen (she/her) and I am a student at UW Bothell. I plan on studying Computer Science and Software Engineering along with Data Science, but also love math, physics, and music. In my spare time I enjoy playing the piano and violin, as well as drawing and playing badminton. I also have a passion for teaching and am always trying to learn from others!

Luca

Intructor

Hello, my name is Luca, and I am currently a freshman at University of Washington Bothell, planning to major in Computer Science and Software Engineering. I enjoy reading, trying out new dishes, and taking small trips with friends. I'm excited to work with students and be a positive force in their learning.

Darren

Center Director

Darren has a background in telecommunications and systems engineering and has worked for several companies in Europe and the United States, as well being a veteran of the UK Royal Air Force. He's passionate about math and math instruction and he recently embarked on a master's degree in mathematics education. He's thrilled to be a part of the Mathnasium team! Outside of work, Darren loves to spend time with his family and two dogs, exploring the wonderful countryside of the Pacific Northwest. Somehow he finds plenty of time to follow his beloved soccer team: Manchester United!
