Exceptional People Needed
Mathnasium of Benton Bryant, a math-only learning center coming to the Benton Bryant area, has openings for exceptional people to work with students in grades 2-12. Curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student. Instructors teach students using methods presented to them during orientation and follow-on training. The Mathnasium Learning Center environment is supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students to success.

- Ability to teach students in upper level high school math courses
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students
Hours are flexible and vary based upon student enrollment and instructor population. Instructors must be willing to work a minimum of least 8 hours per week. The center is open 20 hours per week. Instruction hours are posted on the Mathnasium of Chancellor Web Site. Starting compensation ranges from $11 to $13 per hour.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates will possess curriculum knowledge to provide effective and concise math instruction to students of all ages, while using the Mathnasium Method. Contribute to the creation of an engaging and productive learning environment. Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value. The Learning Center Instructor is also responsible for assisting in evaluating and tracking the progress of each student and to maintain and foster effective communication with the Center Director and staff.

The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious professional who is willing to work hard and change the way students view math. Candidates must be detailed minded, have good follow through skills, be highly motivated and very enthusiastic. You will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.
