Chris and his team at Mathnasium are AWESOME. Signing my daughter up for tutoring at Mathnasium was the best decision I could have ever make. They have exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. My son and my daughter actually challenges each other to see who can complete the most math work each day at Mathnasium. Last week, my 12 year old son said to me “Chris is funny and he always have a way to relate real life to the math problems I get stuck on. Not to mention the prize that they get when they complete a card. They look forward to going to math after school Monday thru Thursday and then on Saturday and Sunday after church. They have definitely learned to love math. Thank you guys. Keep up the excellent work!

Mathnasium is AWESOME! My daughter struggled with math, because of this she hated math. After about 6 months of going to mathnasium my daughter said the three magic words we have all been waiting to hear " I love math". It was music to my ears. She look forward to going to her math session each day after school and weekends. Thanks a Bunch Guys. Keep up the AWESOME job.

My kids love going and truly want to go. I was spending too much on math curriculums when my heart wasn’t in it, so one of my reasons for coming here was because I didn’t want to teach them a subject I hate. In telling friends this, I realized perhaps I need to join them in this journey of learning math in a new way!

Mathnasium is a great place for kids to learn Math skills and moreover practice regularly. Within the year that my daughter went to Mathnasium, we could see her grades changing and she scoring to the mark.
My scoring of 10 is not only for Mathnasium but specific for this center too -
1. I had an one year old along with a Mathnasium going kid. Sometimes if the little one was sleeping in car during drop off, I had to wait in car. At the end of class, Chris @ Mathnasium will walk down to the car to escort my daughter not allowing her to walk alone.
2. We shared some feedback regarding our daughter related to her Math progress. Chris personally involved himself and made sure to work on those.
3. We had an one year contract but I had to move to a different state prior to our contract ending. All our penalties were waived because we’re stopping with a reason.

My daughter can't wait to go to her Mathnasium sessions! Math typically intimidates her, but she was determined to overcome her fears. Despite it being her summer vacation, she reminds me whent it is a "Mathnasium Day." She enjoys the challenge and feels a real sense of accomplishment. The quieter atmosphere and the approachability of the tutors has really helped with her confidence.

Before we came to Mathnasium my daughter had a C average, no matter how hard she studied or worked. It was never enough, then we found our guiding light Mathanasium and Chris Hoffer. The results are astounding, she now loves Math, and before cried and even hated math when homework time came. She was fearful of Math, and now she studies and understand and take the math quizzes head on.
The tutors there are all amazing and this is first place after two private tutors that we found someone who cares about kids and their learning! Chris is top notch, first class. This place builds confidence, and puts them on the road to higher learning.

Your staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The issue was with my kid's motivation to go get the help needed on a regular basis. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
I would comment that the weekday hours are tricky when a kid also has other after-school commitments ... e.g. sports, clubs, work. More Saturday hours might be helpful in that regard.

Before my son came to Mathnasium his Match SAT score was not where we needed it to be. With a sports scholarship on the line we needed his score to come up big. Indeed that is exactly what Mathnasium Did! His score improved tremendously and we're so grateful to Mathnasium. I would recommend their services to any parent whose child struggles with Math or just needs a little push. They can cover all ranges of need and the best part is they're either math instructors or students studying math in college. This made me feel more comfortable that he was in the hands of experts.

We have been very pleased with Lucy's progress from not even wanting to discuss math to actually enjoying it. Around our fifth visit, we could talk about why math was hard for her in school. By the 9th visit, she had stopped counting on her fingers. We are very pleased in her decreased anxiety and increase in confidence.

My son struggled with math in third grade and was consistently overwhelmed by the new concepts. He did not do as well as we'd hoped on his math End-of-Grade test, so we looked in to Mathnasium. He attended the summer camp and had a lot of fun, so we enrolled him twice a week for the school year. He showed great improvement throughout the year, went from C's to A's on his report card, and significantly improved his EOG score by the end of 4th grade. His math teacher even awarded him a certificate reading "Factor Fanatic" based on his strong mastery of math facts. We are ever appreciative of the difference that Mathnasium made in his math abilities.

This is our third year for the EOG prep course. Our daughter loves Mathnasium and gains so much more confidence going into the test. After the first 2 years, she scored A grades. She also said that going into the next year, she is already ahead of her class. As parents, we try to help with homework, but she accepts the help from the Mathnasium tutors with so much ease compared to us trying to explain it. Well worth the money to have your child learn to love math.

My son is really excelling by leaps and bounds this year, his teacher at school has commented about how much he has improved, and she says she can tell that Mathnasium is a big help. Also, most importantly his self confidence has improved. He used to make comments about not being smart or good at school. Now he says he is good at math. Also he really enjoys it, he asks to go to Mathnasium after school!

My daughter has been struggling with Math, we were at a grade of 68, with two weeks of mathnasium we moved our average to a 75. Now starting 4th quarter we have made two A's on our last two graded tests. I can already see the change. I love the tutors that work with her and how they listen to her and help her understand and gain confidence in her Math skills. They are patient and kind and she enjoys going. We are excited to see if we can keep this average to an A/B.. Chris and his team at New Garden are amazing and really care about the child and getting them to the skill level they should be and beyond. Also they are working with her on EOG preparation, which is wonderful. She failed the EOG Math test last year and we are hoping for a passing/ great average this year with Mathnasium in our corner. Thank you for all you have done so far to help my daughter. We are in the 12 month program, so this Summer she will also be able to grow her math skills and have a great understanding as she enters 5th grade. This takes a lot of stress off of us as parents and her, knowing that we have a team that will get m daughter to the level she needs to be.

My daughter was having a hard time in math when we changed schools. We worked and tried to get her help tutoring and other things to help her out but all failed miserably! She was either failing her grade or just passing with a D which is considered failing to some degree. I love my daughter very much and was just as frustrated and upset as she was. We've seen Mathnasium of course on TV and radio and see the truck promoting it. My nephew went for homework help and improved his grade considerably now he has no trouble at all. Before school started this year,2[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], I enrolled her in the tutoring courses and oh my!!!!! Did it ever help she passed math the 1st 9wks with a B+ that's amazing she smiles more comes home with no questions of how do I do this? And it is great to see her so happy and relaxed not worrying herself about not passing math. It is still early in the yr but we are hopeful that she will continue to improve and grow in her knowledge and skill. Her confidence is so much higher to. She not afraid to raise her hand and answer questions even if she gets it wrong. Her confidence had greatly improved. All of this is because of Mathnasium and her because without her being open and wanting to learn that has determined the change in her to get ahead and further In her education with the help of Mathnasium. I'm happy to say and will sing it from the rooftops how great Mathnasium is and how well they communicate with the kids on individual levels. The one on one is also great they treat each student as a special case and doesn't try lumping them together. Which is the sole reason they are so successful I believe. In closing its still early in the year but I have seen such improvement in my daughter that I have the complete confidence that she will continue to grow and move up in math all thanks to Mathnasium and the teachers they have there.

I enrolled my son over the summer because he was changing districts and wanted to make sure he would be ready for a more difficult school. He started to dislike math due to his difficulty understanding fractions. Mathenasium not only prepared him for the new middle school but he has excelled. He is ahead of the curriculum and actually loves math again!

My son has grown academically in math after attending Mathnasium for a few months. He has more confidence and understanding when sitting down to work on multi-step word problems. He will attend Mathnasium over the summer and I believe he will go into middle school with a firm foundation for 6th grade math.
