SCHEDULING: 24 HRS SCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling and Make-up Policy
- You can reschedule sessions online up to 24 hours before the original appointment time.
- After the 24-hour cutoff, the system locks the appointment; if your child does not show up for the appointment, your child loses the appointment.
- Exception: if your child was admitted to Emergency Room, we will schedule a free make-up regardless of the 24-hour cutoff.
- There is no penalty fee and no refund for missed sessions.
- Monthly Membership hours are to be used within the month Only. There is no carry over unless it had been discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Mathnasium has been a wonderful resource for our three daughters as they have progressed in their understanding of elementary and middle school math. Susri and team are hard working, responsive, and passionate about getting to them achieve above their grade level and the customized curriculum has delivered exactly that. My daughter started mathnasium over a month ago and so far am having a great experience with them. The director Mrs Anuradha is very approachable and do her best to meet individual student needs. My daughter math teacher Ms. Teng is great. She is firm, attentive, and very thorough on her feedback to the parent about how my daughter is doing.

My 9th grader was struggling with Algebra and had all but given up. He had trouble understanding concepts early on in the year, and the problems snowballed from there.
After just one session at Mathnasium he felt completely caught up with the concepts he had missed the first time around, and confident to face future hurdles with the help of Andrew, who has been amazing!
I have referred Mathnasium to many friends. It has greatly decreased the stress level in our house!

Great teaching, and assessents. I do think the cancellation policy should be highlighted for all participating since we got stuck paying for an additional month, and if was difficult with school.
The multiple emails can become confusing if a time is changed. A few times we missed a lesson do to you confirming a different time, and sending multiple emails that all look the same. It took us a while to understand what the home work was, vs what was expected of him during class. again, The content is very good. Liam learned a lot and it has helped him in Alegebra II. Unfortunately, we ran out of time.

My daughter has really benefited from the instruction so far. Her learning style is visual/auditory and the instructors are able to present the material in a way that makes sense for her which has contributed to an increase in confidence. We are really happy so far and would recommend the service to other families who has a child who could benefit from a different approach to math.

I have been so impressed with the whole program and with the tutor my son has had while at Mathnasium. He is in 2nd grade and requires a private tutor for attention reasons. At first I wondered if getting him a private tutor was a bit over the top for a second grader—and I can honestly say that the results have demonstrated that it has been worth the investment.

All is good but would like to continue receiving the summary chart with all the topics covered for the program and the ones that Joshua will start to achieve. This will allow me to appreciate if the a Mathanasium progress aligns with ghe second grade topics being reviewed in class. Joshua right now is doing math problems and The school uses the Pearsson program which is all math problems. I would like him to do more of that in Mathanasium and not simple equations that he can review with me in the housr. I feel like if I continue seeing that only simple arithmetic problems are covered in the short run then I feel that I would have to llook for other program that wojld allow him to enrich his ability to expand algebraic and problem thinking

The owner of the center is a person that is on top of all needs of the staff and students. Susri is very kind and attentive. The teachers are excellent people who treat their students with patience. Joshua is going well at schooll and we look forward for more achievements and success in this school year.
(We look forward to work with the new director. She seems kind and nice) I was a little disappointed at times on the management style that came from the previous director. We appreciated tha she was very organized but at times impositive. She would need to understand who is the owner, who is the client and the expectations for a service paid. At times things didnt add up with the previous director. Things seem to be brighter going forward.

Joshua has really improved his math and he says that it is really helping him at school. I feel happy because it seem that he likes Math. I am looking forward for him not only to be just fine at school but to excel in Math and participate in contests. Mathanasium is providing the pathway to achieve success for Joshua.
