Our specially trained math instructors will teach your child how to understand math in an individual setting; our unique approach enables us to explain concepts really well and lend a helping hand to every student. Jordon Friedman, Center Director
Jordon is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. He graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy. Studying philosophy has helped him develop the fine reasoning and critical thinking components that are essential in mathematics. He has been with Mathnasium since 2014 as an Instructor, Lead Instructor, and Assistant Center Director. He has a passion for helping students reach their fullest potential by showing them how easy (and fun!!!) math can be!
Favorite Number: 0, because it's Russell Westbrook's basketball number.
Favorite Hobbies: Watching basketball,
Interesting Fact: His main area of interest in math is in advanced sports analytics and statistics. During his free time he enjoys analyzing athletes and how they are performing using these metrics.
Mitchell MacAdams, Assistant Center Director
Mitchell is currently attending the College of Southern Maryland and pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He has been with Mathnasium for over a year, after working a previous customer service job. He believes that his prior work experiences has developed his patience and diversified his communication skills.
He loves working with the students and can turn any student's frown upside-down!

Favorite Math Joke: What do you call a number that can't keep still? A roamin' numeral.
