Scheduling Guide

• Parents are responsible for booking / rescheduling / canceling their sessions.
• Any new sessions - whether individual or recurring - can be booked as far as 180 days from today. 
• Please check your schedule periodically to adjust / extend an existing series of recurring sessions. 

How do I Book a New Mathnasium Session?

1. Go to our scheduling site: https://math-booking.appointy.com/math-time and log in using the email linked to your child(ren)’s account and the password you created.
2. Here you can book a new session or view existing sessions - select your preferred date and time.
3. Your cart will appear. You will have the option to confirm your individual session - or set a series of repeating sessions.   

     To set a series of repeating sessions:

1. Select your choice from the drop-down menu. Recurring appointments can be set for 180 days. Click the blue “confirm” button.

How to Cancel a Session(s)

1. Log in to Appointy, then click “My Appointments” on the top right.
2. Find the session you would like to cancel and click the red “cancel” button, then confirm by clicking “OK”.

How to Reschedule a Session(s)

1. Log in to Appointy, then click “My Appointments” on the top right.
2. Find the session you would like to reschedule and click the blue “reschedule” button.  Select your new day and time, then click the “confirm” button.
