Standardized Test Preparation for NWDC Students

Feb 19, 2020 | Cathedral Heights

Students enrolled in Washington D.C. public schools take annual standardized tests to ensure they are on track for success in college and future careers. Students in grades 3-8, as well as those taking Algebra 1 and Geometry, will take the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) Exam.

For the 2019-2020 school year, the PARCC assessment will take place between April 20 and May 22. The test will measure a student's ability to retain information and use it in real life as well as measure teaching effectiveness.
