Standardized Test Preparation for NWDC Students

Feb 19, 2020

Students enrolled in Washington D.C. public schools take annual standardized tests to ensure they are on track for success in college and future careers. Students in grades 3-8, as well as those taking Algebra 1 and Geometry, will take the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) Exam.

For the 2019-2020 school year, the PARCC assessment will take place between April 20 and May 22. The test will measure a student's ability to retain information and use it in real life as well as measure teaching effectiveness.

How can we help your child excel?

The earlier students prepare for the exam, the more skills they have the opportunity to master. Mathnasium can strengthen your child’s mathematical thinking skills so they can feel confident going into the test.

Let’s talk about how we can use our highly customized approach to prepare your child so they understand math, master it, and love it!  (202) 888-6888
