I am a mom of a new freshman to Centerville high school. With the tough times every student and teacher are experiencing my child is and has been behind most of her life in math. Now that we are fully remote I was very nervous with her grades and score with online testing. I decided to enroll her in a math tutoring program and after much research found Mathnasium who was highly reviewed and close to home. All I have to say is my daughter seems to really enjoy the tutors and has again gained a confidence in her skills only after 5 short weeks. She has improved by 3 grade levels. Thank you Mathnasium for helping my daughter achieve what I know she always could with the right teaching and direction.

Mathnasium of Centerville has made an extraordinary difference in math for our children. I struggled to have my child placed in the advanced math class at school and found her becoming bored in class and not being challenged. Mathnasium has helped fill in that gap and keep her challenged. She learned more at mathnasium than she did in 4th and 5th grade, which helped her be prepared for middle school advanced math. Glenn and Susie are the kindest people and do such a great job accommodating everyone, especially during these unprecedented times. Can't say enough good things!!

My daughter returned to Mathnasium during COVID, to keep her from falling behind. She loves it & the online program. Because of Mathnasium, I believe my daughter will be on track, if not ahead, for the upcoming school year. We are so thankful that they are here and plan to continue utilizing this resource for a long time to come, especially now that we can do this online, which is great for our schedules!

Mathnasium has been a game changer for my 12 year old 6th grade son. He was spending hours each evening struggling with math homework and the concepts. One call to Mathnasium, and we got him in that very evening. He has now been attending 2-3 times a week and not only has his overall knowledge of math strengthened, he has become much more confident in his studies and overall attitude toward learning! My son loves the atmosphere there. The teachers are very understanding. They have the patience to explain it to him till he gets it. Besides, he loves the fact that he can do his homework there and they will offer to help him with that as well. He also likes that he gets incentives if he does his work, and this serves as a motivation for him to challenge himself to do better. Thank you, Mathnasium!

We love Mathnasium. It has helped our daughter tremendously with mathematics. She was a couple of grade levels below her grade when she first started the program. We absolutely love the instruction our children get at Mathnasium! Our older child was behind in math when he started attending Mathnasium. In the last 2 years, he has gone from behind one grade level to ahead one grade level! He’s more confident and doesn’t dread his math work anymore. Our younger child was doing well in math when he started at Mathnasium, but his school wasn’t challenging him and he was getting bored. At Mathnasium he is learning 1-2 grade levels ahead of his normal math class at school. We love the individualized instruction. The instructors know my children and what their struggles are. Glenn and Susie even know when they have tests coming up and help them prepare! I have been so happy with our experiences at Mathnasium and recommend it to anyone who is looking for extra math instruction.

Our goal was to give our son confidence that he could do math, and to stop the fights and tears during homework. It took a couple of months, and we realized we hadn't had an emotional meltdown in a while. Then we started hearing him say things like "this is so easy". It was worth every penny spent to give him the groundwork when he needed it, so that he didn't struggle with math forever, and label himself as "stupid". He now sees that he CAN do it.

Our daughter has been attending Mathnasium for a little over a year and this has been one of the best investments we have made in not only her daily school life but also her future. She actually looks forward to going in and working on her math skills and in her own words "building confidence". My 2 boys are excelling at math and I blame it all on Mathnasium! One of my sons was behind in math at school and over the course of one year with Mathnasium, he has been moved to the accelerated math program. My other son is doing math one grade-level ahead. They are more confident in their math skills and no longer dread math homework. The change has been dramatic!

Our daughter has been going for about a month and has made so much progress o far. We are so excited for her. She had no hope that anything could help her, and we started her kicking and screaming...but by the third week, she was asking when do I get to go back next, I'm learning so much. This is one of the best decisions, investments we have done for our daughter. Math used to be the one subject that was a struggle for her. Now, it is the subject that she flies off of the charts with! She just took a practice admissions test for Alter High school and she scored over 99% in MATH! Last year she missed the last 2 months of school due to illness and began attending Mathnasium in August, she still had a few missed weeks due to health setbacks but WOW! what a difference this program has made. She looks forward to going and is proud of her accomplishments.
