FIRST STEPS PROGRAM
Parents of PreK - K students,
A love of math begins with a great PreK and K math experience -- Mathnasium First Steps: engaging activities designed to ensure that your child will get the most out of school, love numbers, and enjoy math!
First Steps introduces your child to key math concepts through fun and engaging activities and materials. First Steps prepares young children to be confident and capable learners in grades K and 1.
The First Steps program now has two enrollment options. We continue to offer a group activity program on Saturdays from 10-11 AM. This is generally a 12 week program. It can accomodate rolling enrollments. Please inquire regarding session start date and/or enrollment openings. As an alternative, or in addition to the group activity program, First Step students may attend Mathnasium during our regular instruction hours. Students will receive a mix of one-to-one instruction and guided learning using engaging materials and manipulatives. Mathnasium can help parents in choosing a First Steps program for their child.
Also available in your area, real-time face-to-face instruction over an internet connection.
- You get the same instructors and Mathnasium Method™ as at our center, but online, in real time.
- Learning can happen anywhere there's an internet connection.
- Your child can attend regular sessions from the comfort of your home.
- It's safe and secure, and there are no additional costs.
