My son loves this place, the team is great and coach really well. Debbie is a great mentor and is very passionate about running this institution so well. They do frequent assessment and keep refreshing the curriculum for the kid accordingly. My son even wasnt even interested in any other classes during the weekdays as he wanted to be in Mathnasium 5 days a week. He was in 4th grade and was still doing 7th grade Math. Math never was stressful for him.Highly recommend this place.

My son was struggling with his college algebra class. My friend told us about Mathnasium and I enrolled my son immediately. He started to get a handle on the information immediately and came home saying how wonderful it is to have someone who KNOWS and understands math explain it to him in a way he could understand. I have nothing but good things to say, and should he need more help, this is where we will be going!

Mathnasium in Denville is a wonderful place that has helped my kids accelerate in Math. Ms. Debbie Lum and her team are very knowledgeable about the curriculum in the schools and are very flexible with how the sessions are run. We use Mathnasium as a supplemental tool to keep their math skills above average. Although we find Mathnasium's curriculum to be excellent, on occasion, we have asked the teacher to assist with homework or review for a test, which has been very helpful. This is my second child using this program - and it is truly wonderful. Debbie, the owner, is a gifted teacher and her staff is very nice and clearly well trained. Not only do the kids learn but the Denville Mathnasium team makes it fun!! Best tutoring math program that money can buy - I can’t recommend it enough!

Mathnasium has been a blessing to assist my boys with Math Tudor help. They have been in the Denville Mathnasium program for three years now. They previously went to a one on one Math Tudor. While this was helpful it did not accomplish what Mathnasium has mastered in creating an individual assessment and learning program to focus on their needs. I highly recommend this program as it has changed my boys attitude and ability to take initiative on their own to complete homework and increased confidence in test taking!

The staff are flexible and accomodating for our busy schedule. They have improved my son's math skills as well as his grades. He has become very independent of needing any assistance with the skills that he has learned at Mathnasium. Denville Mathnasium has done an excellent job of continuing to provide the same level of interaction, challenge and service on-line as it did in-person. All of the employees are punctual, friendly, positive and fun. The experience on-line is just as interactive and personalized as it was in person! Well done!

Grateful that we had Mathnasium in place when the whole world shut down. The way they were able to transition the entire operation to an online platform almost overnight provided our daughter with a consistent, familiar routine in middle of a pandemic. She was able to continue with her specialized learning plan. She was able to see and interact with her instructors. The instructors all know her and get her, they know how to break things down for her so she “gets it.” She could never get this personal level of instruction in school. She actually likes math now.

During this unprecedented time, I take my hat off to Mathnasium. They persevered and managed to get it right. The online process for my daughter continuing to receive the great experience and helpfulness they offer all in the safety of her home, has been nothing but exceptional. The Denville Mathnasium is different from many math centers in that the owner is part of the classroom. She doesn't just sit in the office but also teaches the kids. What I like the best is that the staff there tries to understand the children's personalities in order to take the best approach in teaching them. My kids have been going there for years and don't complain about having to "learn" math...it actually is a fun activity for them.

Debbie and her staff are warm, courteous and really great with our daughter. They continue to challenge her to do better. Her time spent at Mathnasium is reflected in her math grades at school. During the online learning period we are in due to the Corona virus, the Mathnasium setup to continue learning has been seamless and made it easy to continue. Mathnasium has given my daughter some confidence in math which she lacked completely before we started coming here. She raises her hand to answer questions in math class frequently now. She usually gets one on one attention here depending on the time of day we arrive, which makes the monthly cost great value when we go more often. She has found the tutors to be very friendly, kind, intelligent and great at explaining math topics.
