We work with kids in grades 1-12. Kids come to Mathnasium for both remediation and enrichment. Contact us to learn more about our math tutoring, training, and homework help in Dunwoody.

Mathnasium of Dunwoody is wonderful! The facility is so well managed by Evan. He is incredible responsive, easy to work with and is a fantastic tutor! My kids love him and he really does help 'math make sense.' It is hard to put a value on having a math learning center that not only empowers your kids to feel really confident in math but is also well run and staffed by excellent math tutors. We have been loyal customers of this location for several years. I would give the Dunwoody Mathnasium 10+ starts if I could. Highly recommend!

Evan has saved my sanity! As a non-math person I was incapable of assisting my children with algebra and geometry. This program has helped them gain confidence in their skills and strongly supported them in their high school classes. Communication and scheduling with the center has been easy. The staff and Mr. Sam is great! The teachers take every effort to make the student comfortable with the concepts they are being taught. The communication is great even in the virtual environment!! Their online scheduling portal is very easy and user friendly to schedule/ reschedule classes according to your need.

Colin loves Mathnasium; he does prefer the face to face interaction as opposed to online classes. He also feels it has helped him navigate the planning lessons from school; they are using a HYBRID format so at times he feels it is more difficult to grasp some of the math concepts under the virtual format. Mathnasium feels the void.

Mathnasium has filled the gaps that were created when schools transitioned to virtual learning in the spring. I thought it would be a challenge getting my kids to log on and be engaged , but surprisingly they both enjoy participating 3 days per week. My 2nd grader enjoys “teaching” me new concepts that she learned such as how to make change or how to find half of an odd number. The tutors have all been patient and motivating and that’s one reason I think my kids enjoy the program. They also enjoy the math games at the end. Also, Lyndsey has been awesome. She does an excellent job of answering questions or concerns in a timely manner. Scheduling sessions are very easy and user friendly.

While it is very expensive for me as a single working mother, and I wish there were better payment options but this program has been good. My daughter is engaged and learning. Not all tutors are equal but I can tell she is really getting good experience through Mathnasium so it make it worth the money.

We love Mathnasium! We were previously at Kumon and I can say Mathnasium is a much better fit. We enrolled during the pandemic. Lyndsey, the Program Director, is amazing!! She was flexible and available to answer any questions I had before enrolling. The online sessions are great and so glad this option will be continuing even after the pandemic. My son is 9 years old and loves this program! He is always excited for his sessions! If you're looking for a program that doesn't make your child do the same exact worksheets over and over and over including homework and way more tailored to your child then this is the program for you!!

Our 12 year old son really enjoys going to Mathnasium. We decided he would benefit from additional math instruction to bridge the gap of what he's trying to learn from school instruction. Mathnasium instructors have built his confidence, given him a worry free environment to learn, and improve his overall understanding of math concepts at his expected skill level. The benchmark of success for us, is that he is excited and wants to go to Mathnasium, usually a couple times per week. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

Patience is the main key to manage little ones mind.and Mathnasium is the perfect place for kids to learn math concepts.we can see difference in my son in one month.there advance techniques and experienced faculty help kids to understand fundamental.we had a great experience with center manager.i would highly recommend.

My daughter has ADHD and has a hard time
With her attention during a math class at school. Mathnasium has helped her realize that she is smart and that she is capable of learning math. The one on one attention and the all important “fun” that occurs here is the key to her success. She also sees that all kinds of kids have issues with learning math and that it isn’t anything to be ashamed of.
This school is a good place for self esteem and the teachers have patience which is essential for many children to learn without fear.

My daughter was able to go from failing math to making a 79 without spending much additional time outside of class. I am very impressed and I think she is gaining confidence which is the most important thing at this stage for our goals. I hope to be back next summer so she can continue to get the basics under her control.

Our family absolutely recommends Mathnasium. We were very surprised and pleased that our two kids were excited to go each week -- even asking us to take them on Saturdays. The director, Benjamin, and all of the tutors at the Dunwoody location seem to love working with kids with different abilities and personalities. I have seen my kids develop math skills that go beyond memorizing tables and formulas. Mathnasium teaches math concepts at the root level. Most importantly, my kids are confident in math now, and that is priceless.

My two children love Mathnasium. The instructors are wonderful and really do make math fun. One of my children struggles in math but I have seen such positive growth in him after consistently attending Mathnasium for the last six months. He has a much firmer grasp on key mathematical concepts and his confidence in math has skyrocketed! I really couldn't ask for more. My other child really enjoys math and loves the additional challenge that Mathnasium gives him. He has been able to explore higher level math concepts more in depth at Mathnasium. Also, the center director, Benjamin Storrs, is wonderful. He is very accessible by both email and phone, keeps a close watch on how my children are progressing and is always wiling to discuss their progress in depth with me. My family is so thankful for Mathnasium!

Both my kids say going to mathnasium is "not THAT bad", which is a glowing recommendation. They enjoy the atmosphere. I really like the staff and the structure of the program. The child that loves math would like to be challenged a bit more and wants to feel like she is learning new concepts faster. I can't tell if she just needs more repetition to learn the basics or if she would truly benefit from a more accelerated path.

Our specially trained math instructors will teach your child how to understand math in an individual setting – our unique approach enables us to effectively explain math concepts and lend a helping hand to every student. Mathnasium instructors use our unique assessment process to determine (with great accuracy) exactly what each child knows and what they need to learn.
