Math Olympiad
A team of 10-12 Mathnasium of East Windsor students participated in the prestigious Math Olympiad contest held over a course of 5 months from November to March every year. Last year nearly 170,000 students from 6,000 teams worldwide participated in the Olympiads. All 50 states and about 30 other countries were represented.
We are very proud of our mathletes who took upom themselves to master the art of problem solving! Way to go!
It is our goal:
- To stimulate enthusiasm and a love for Mathematics
- To introduce important Mathematical concepts
- To teach major strategies for problem solving
- To develop Mathematical flexibility in solving problems
- To strengthen Mathematical intuition
- To foster Mathematical creativity and ingenuity
- To provide for the satisfaction, joy, and thrill of meeting challenges

My daughter has been with Mathnasium for nearly 4 years and it has had such a positive impact on her confidence, her grades, and her attitude. She is, by her own admission, not a "math person" and finds it challenging, but with the help of Mona and her team, math is very manageable and positive. Emily loves the tutors and enjoys the social aspect of working with mentors who are friendly, helpful, and very strong it math. Overall, the Mathnasium experience has been the best asset I could ask for!

What is so spectacular about Mathnasium is how quickly it adapted to an online format for home instruction. My daughter enjoys the online tutoring experience, and though she eagerly awaits the resuming of in-person instruction, she is keeping up with her math skills in ways that would not be possible otherwise. She has made strong connections with her tutors and this is even more appreciated during this time of increased isolation for teens. So, thank goodness for East Windsor Mathnasium!

Great place to get your kid involved in a no nonsense customized math learning program without worrying about getting bored with repetitive mechanical problems. Here they learn how to think. The East Windsor Mathnasium continues to be an amazing experience for my daughter, Emily. She loves all of her tutors and has developed a confidence that we never believed was possible. She looks forward to each visit with enthusiasm and fun--it's a place for her to connect with people she likes and enjoy doing her mathwork. Her grades remain good and she feels empowered to get the support she needs. What more could any parent want?

My son has been attending this center for almost 3 years. The center is well organized and tutors are always on task. Tutors also make sure to re-direct students when they are off task. Mrs. Mona is open to parents comments and feedback. My son is doing extremely well in school. I could not think of a better place for my son!

As my daughter got older and "outgrew" her parents ability to help her with higher math skills, Mathnasium took the tears out of math homework and math tests. My daughter likes it and she will often ask to go an extra visit to prepare for something challenging. It is like having a private tutor only much less expensive!

My child’s grades were very low and two weeks after she joined Mathnasium her grades are A to A+. I’m very happy with the teaching method and help from all faculties at East Windsor Mathnasium.

I have seen great improvements in my daughter's grades and understanding of math concepts. She can confidently solve her grade level problems independently now. Mathnasium is also getting her ready for college and PSAT test practices in freshmen year of High school..I will highly recommend Mathnasium for struggling students and also for those who want to increase their math skills and scores

There has been a drastic improvement in my daughter's Math grades. Getting appointments are very easy and all instructors are very friendly and my daughter is always looking forward to go for her session.
Working with Mona is great. She pays special attention to all the kids and treat them just like her own kids.

The center is extremely organized. Mona is very pleasant and professional. Tutors are always on task and re- direct students when off task. My son have attended this location for about two years and there is not better place I would like him to be. He enjoys going to classes. Tutors are prepared and they display a lot of patience when teaching new skils

Mathnasium of East Windsor is the best tutoring place for kids. The Director takes full ownership of the program and the kids at her center. The teacher to student ratio is always maintained. The Director is always onsite to supervise and ensures all issues and concerns are addressed immediately. She is always available to discuss our kids progresss and looks for ways to improve the program. We look forward to watching our kids grow at Mathnasium of East Windsor and become better Math students.

Our daughter looks forward to come to class every time and even in the summer months. She absolutely loves the atmosphere and enjoys the instructional environment. She is very comfortable with the math center facility, the instructors, and the attention and respect they give her. She comes prepared to her lesson with all her math questions, and comes out with confidence and an understanding on how to solve the problems. We love the test preparation she gets prior to a school test. The instructor really works with her on the test material. The extra math problems she is given to help her understand a concept was one of the main reasons for joining mathnasium. Definitely the program is helping her and we will keep working on her math.
On another note the staff are great and Mona is wonderful to work with. She always greets you with a smile. She is on top of things and always has a solution to our problem.

My son accepted going to Mathnasium like part of his routine and he is happy. People here are friendly, patient and helpful, especially management- very understanding. They give my son a lot of positive feedback.He believes in himself more and feels more confident in math. He likes to talk about math and is proud of himself when he achieves a goal.
