Dear Parents,
Hope all is well! We plan to reopen Mathnasium of Fremont for in-center instruction on July 6, 2021 and will continue the Mathnasium@Home online classroom indefinitely. You may choose the preferred enrollment for your children from the following:
Option 1) In-center (100% in-person)
Option 2) @Home (100% online)
In-person instruction will be available to students who opt in and have fully completed the in-center pre-enrollment process.
You may change your child's enrollment at a later time by submitting an email request before the first day of each month. The enrollment change will be effective the first session of that month. All sessions are pre-scheduled and abide by the same rescheduling and make-up policy as in the past.
If you would like to enroll your child for the in-center option, we’d like to ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following items:

Vaccination status: Please complete the
survey and provide the vaccination status of your child and your household.
â— Temperature checks: Any person entering the center is required to have their temperature taken.
â— Mandatory reporting regarding COVID-19: You must inform the center director by email if the student or any member of their household tests positive for COVID-19.
â— Capacity limitations: The center’s instructional area will have two sections. The vaccinated-only section will be for instructors and students who are fully vaccinated. The other section will maintain physical distancing for students who are not fully vaccinated or who are not eligible for vaccination.
â— Personal supplies: Please provide personal supplies for your child to bring with them to their session, such as pencils, erasers, and a ruler. A pencil box or pouch is recommended.
â— Scheduled sessions: All sessions are pre-scheduled. For currently enrolled students, if you will keep your child’s existing @Home schedule for in-center enrollment, please specify in the survey. Your child will be considered first for those time slots. We'll confirm. For new enrollments, enrollment after a hold, and schedule change requests of current enrollment, please provide at least 8 time slots in the survey indicating your child’s availability. We have a limited number of seats available and will confirm the schedule based on a first-come-first-serve basis. If there is a schedule conflict that can't be resolved, students can attend sessions online instead.
â— Meetings: There will be no onsite meetings with parents. All meetings will be conducted by phone or in Zoom meetings only.
