Jennifer Cordileone, Center Director/Owner
Jennifer recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education K-6 from Appalachian State University and has been an elementary school teacher for several years. She is an educator with a passion for math and wants to dedicate her time and resources to helping students become both successful at math and enjoy the subject as much as she does. Jennifer is married with three children, a daughter and two sons. Born in NY and raised in NC, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading on the beach, playing board games, and going geocaching.
Patty Gage, Business Director/Owner
Patty received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and has a long career in the field of Software Engineering. She decided to open Mathnasium seeing a need in the community to help improve and increase math knowledge and ability through a personalized educational experience. She is married with two adult children and enjoys hiking, time at the beach, and playing with her dog.
Will, Lead Instructor
Will started as an instructor at Mathnasium of Fuquay-Varina back in 2014. He graduated from Fuquay-Varina High School and is now a Senior at NC State University majoring in Physics with a minor in Math. Will loves math and helping others grow their math abilities and gain confidence.
Lisa graduated from ECU with a BS in Mathematics and then a Masters Degree in Education. She has been a high school math teacher for 14 years and has four children, two in college, one in elementary school, and one in preschool. Lisa enjoys working with children of all ages and a variety of math levels as the kids gain understand and confidence in their math skills.
Chloe, Lead Instructor
Chloe graduated from Fuquay-Varina and is currently attending Meredith College double majoring in psychology and soical work. As someone who has always loved to learn, Chloe wants to pass that passion on to others to learn Math. Chloe loves that no matter how stressful her day, workng with students at Mathnasium never fail to bring a smile to her face. In her free time she enjoys drawing, going on adventures, and spending time with friends.
Allison - Junior Instructor
Allison is a senior at Fuquay-Varina High School and has completed math classes all the way through Calculus AB & BC. She loves math and helping others learn how to do math. Allison says, "The best thing about working with children is that their minds are so fresh and open to learning new things. Also, they make me laugh." She enjoys being active in her school clubs and sporting events. She also loves her black lab Bo!
James, Junior Instructor
James attends Middle Creek High School and has already completed AP Statistics and Calculus. James is on the cross-country team at Middle Creek and his favorite past-time is video games. He has a german shephard dog and has travel to places like Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, and SouthDakota. James enjoys the problem solving nature of math and working with others to show them how math can be more fun.
Mary O., Junior Instructor
Mary attends Fuquay-Varina High School and loves the problem solving aspects of math. In her spare time she enjoys doing musical theatre at school and in the community as well as singing in the chorus.
Caleb, Junior Instructor
Caleb attends Fuquay-Varina High School and likes the satisfaction of solving difficult problems especially in math. He has a sister and a brother and plays baseball for the school.
Jackie, Junior Instructor
Jackie has completed pre-calculus and is currently taking AP Calculus. Besides here passion for math, Jackie also enjoys speech and debate. Researching multiple aspects of an issue gains further knowledge and understanding, thus more able to relate to other views and ways to reach an answer. Similarly, she extends this skill in math to think about topics in different ways and explore different approaches in order to find paths to the answer.
Jake, Junior Instructor
Jake attends Holly Springs High School and is currently taking pre-calculus. He has two cute Shi-tzus and enjoys golfing and baseball.
