My son needed tutoring for 6th grade math. Dawn and her staff went above and beyond in helping him to retake his 6th grade math class, take his tests and understand the math he was doing. He no longer fears math. This is a huge improvement and we look forward to him starting 7th grade math in January and succeeding with their help.

My daughter started Mathnasium over the summer, after a very difficult and frustrating year in Algebra 2. She had worked very hard and gone for tutoring at school but had ended the year feeling lost. I enrolled her in the summer program at Mathnasium and they took her back to the basics. She started Precalculus this year feeling nervous but more confident. She has been to Mathnasium 3 days a week since the beginning of the school year. She enjoys her sessions and is very happy for help, explanations, and strategies as the year progresses. She just finished her first quarter with an A in Precalculus and the highest grade in her class on the last test!!! What an amazing turn around!! We couldn’t be happier!!

All I know is both my children have discovered Math to be an enjoyable pursuit! They can't get enough of it and they are deeply disappointed when we have to miss a day! It's almost a miracle!
What I have appreciated is the approach of the instructors. They are incredibly kind, present and available; but more than that they facilitate a direct connection between the subject and the student. That's what makes all the difference! I'm so grateful to have found Dawn and Mathnasium! Thank you for making such a difference in my children's lives!

Mathnasium gave my son the confidence and skills he needs to have great success in math. He went from disliking math to really enjoying it. Mathnasium focuses on a skill until the student learns it. Skills are retained through regular review. The best part of Mathnasium is the positive feedback they give which builds confidence.

Couldn’t be happier! My daughter is currently in high school and has challenging math. The employees there are VERY knowledgeable. They have taken my daughter that would cry every night to a daughter that grabs her books and asked to go in to learn math! She is treated so kind and has learned an incredible amount in just the short time there. Thank you Dawn and staff. Top notch!

I had a very specific objective for my teen in high school, this past summer. Not only did Mathnasium fulfill that objective but went on to help my teen, power up on math skills, in general, that were deficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun! I have never seen my teen actually look forward to going to any activity, academic in nature; but Mathnasium fueled her enthusiasm and helped to complete her goal. This is a wonderful community resource. They are professional yet, extremely kid friendly. I highly recommend the Mathnasium experience!!!

We have so far had a terrific experience with Mathnasium! Dawn Sheriff runs the one we attend off of ButlerRd./Woodruff Rd. Location in SC. The staff and tutors there are all wonderful, very positive, patient with my daughter and they make sure that she knows and is retaining what she is being taught. We are signed up for 12 months;I am already amazed at what progress she has already made in just a couple months! I can’t believe the confidence she is already showing and she seems to be fine with going for tutoring when I tell her. I would recommend Mathnasium to my friends and family, it’s a great program and I am excited and look forward to the progress Jordan makes during our 12 month period. It’s great!

Unfortunately my grandchildren did not attend as often as they should have and it is their fault and their parents fault that they did not get as much out of it as I had hoped. I am hoping that next year will be better attended by them. As I mentioned on my phone message they will be otherwise engaged for the summer so I do not want my account charged for June July or August. Thank you.

We think very highly of the staff at Mathnasium, including Dawn. They are patient, kind and knowledgeable. I think the kids all feel comfortable there and knowing this is a safe place where kids can feel accepted means a lot to us. Logan dislikes math but doesn’t complain about attending his tutoring which he goes to four days a week.

My daughter has always struggled with math but after just a few weeks in Mathnasium her confidence in math has increased so much. Today she brought home her first 100% in math and she was so very proud of herself. My daughter teacher emailed me to tell me the great news and she was just so amazed at how well she's done.

Already, Gianni's teacher has told us how much more confident she is and how they see improvement. She has been attending your program for about 5 weeks at most. She also comes home saying that she's smart in math. She still has a ways to go but we are so pleased and excited about where she'll end up after more time with the program.

The instructors are very nice and helpful. They know my daughter Daria's material well, and can explain it to her easily. Even while working on Mathnasium things, which is review for her, they will take as much time as needed to help her out whenever she doesn't understand something. Not only that, the fact that they're so nice and helpful has made her understand things she was never that good at! Mathnasium is amazing.
