 Lyndsey Smith, M.Ed., Director of Operations & Owner 

 Lyndsey's goal is to help the community of Hurst/North Richland Hills by making math make   sense. Lyndsey holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis   on teacher leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science in   Entrepreneurship from Liberty University. "Working as a instructor at Mathnasium during my   undergraduate education, I knew that Mathnasium would be a huge part of my life," Lyndsey   says. Owning 3 locations, she is just getting started!

**A Note on Our Instructors**

All of our instructors are specially trained to work with children at their level and to teach math in a way that makes sense to them.  Our instructors must pass a mathematics competency test to demonstrate proficiency in math, as well as complete an evaluation day to gauge their ability to work directly with our children, all before being hired. In addition, our instructors are continually learning, because here at Mathnasium we believe there is always room for improvement, and we know you want the best for your children.
