The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates will possess curriculum knowledge to provide effective and concise math instruction to students of all ages, while using the Mathnasium Method. Contribute to the creation of an engaging and productive learning environment. Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value. The Learning Center Instructor is also responsible for assisting in evaluating and tracking the progress of each student and to maintain and foster effective communication with the Center Manger and staff.
Assistant Center Manager
The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious professional, willing to work hard and change the way students view math. Candidates should be detailed minded, have good organizational skills, be highly motivated, and very enthusiastic. This key leadership position drives quality and consistency of the center experience. You will utilize your talents to manage the classroom during instructional hours, including coaching and training a team of instructors, and ensuring students are provided with effective and concise math instruction that makes sense to them. Assistant Center Managers are responsible for assuming the Center Manager’s duties in his/her absence.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and ambitious professional who is willing to work hard and change the way students view math. Candidates must be detailed minded, have good follow through skills, be highly motivated and very enthusiastic. You will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over cost management and profitability, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.
