Kristen and the Mathnasium team have continued to push my kiddo by helping with her math skills and confidence. The school she attends even notices the difference and feel strongly about her to continue attending the program. Both my kids, ages 10 and 12, love going to Mathnasium. For one child it's a place to gain a solid foundation in math so he feels more confident. For the other child, it's a place to play and be challenged beyond school assignments. Both kids have connected with tutors and look forward to learning. Mathnasium is great for all types of learners.

Mathnasium helped my son successfully complete a college level specific calculations class. The tutor was willing to take on the challenge and together they worked through the problems and built an understanding on how to find the answers. Mathnasium offered flexible schedules and options - a must for the challenging times.

My kids love their time at Mathnasium! They enjoy learning math with tutors they respect and enjoy spending time with. My son has gained a lot of confidence since coming to Mathnasium and no longer feels like math is impossible or that he's unable to do it. He is willing to try now, even problems that are new. My daughter has soared at Mathnasium. She looks forward to time after school doing math. While she's bored in school sometimes, she is never bored at Mathnasium. I hear her squeal with excitement each time she figures out a new concept and she comes bouncing out of sessions excited to tell me what she learned that day.

Mathnasium has been a sanity saver during the pandemic. Each day my kids are excited to log onto their sessions. From the other room, I often hear laughing, so I know they are having a great time learning math. I have one child who struggles with math, and another who would do math all day if she could. Mathnasium has been great for both, and sees them each as individuals.

My granddaughter who is 8 year old was so annoyed when I tried to help her with math. For one thing, she hates math.
I decided to teach her multiplication and I made practice copies of varies addition and subtraction problems, but at the end of our math session I don't know who was more annoyed and overwhelmed. That's when I decided to enroll her in Mathnasium so the professionals can help her.
I truly believe that you have to learn all the basics of math and learn them well so that other math problems will come with more ease.
My granddaughter has been enrolled for 5 months and she loves to go which makes me very happy because it was a big investment for a senior on a budget.

My 4th grader is nearing the end of her 6-month commitment to Mathnasium. Her confidence has improved so much, we no longer battle over homework! She now looks forward to showing me what she knows and she WANTs to finish her math right when she gets home from school! Since starting at Mathnasium a month ago, my son has made huge progress in terms of confidence in math. He asks me to make up math problems for him so he can show me how he solves them. He is excited to go into math class at school to show off new strategies. He says he understands now. He is asking about careers that use math. He's hooked!

My son has failed to do almost any math all the way through school and was falling farther and farther behind. Finally, in fifth grade we started him at Mathnasium in Lakewood, CO. He has had such positive experiences there that he asks to go there, and his math skills have improved exponentially so that he is beginning to approach grade level math now. I believe his experience at Mathnasium has contributed to his overall improved self esteem which has become more and more evident in the past six months.

My granddaughter started visiting Mathnasium less than two weeks ago, and she really looks forward to each session. Our hope is that she becomes confident in math, but it appears to me that there is a good chance she will learn to like math. At any rate, they have all been incredibly nice, helpful, and enthusiastic. The owners are very organized and personable. I can’t imagine that my opinion will change as summer progresses.

My child was very tired and stressed out in his AP calculus class. With all of the activity that goes into Sr. year, I was concerned that he would not have the will or energy to pass the class with a strong grade. The tutors at Mathnasium to just the right approach with him. I was so relieved to see him talking about math confidently and doing the work willingly. They made him feel at ease and helped him catch up with all of his work. He did fine on his final grade. We don't have to worry about GPA or scholarship requirements.

My son was torn between my recently ex-wife and myself.
She was all about putting him on meds for his add (as diagnosed at age 7).
Murray was now 13 and a freshman in High-school. He had struggled for his youth to stay focused in class however clearly intelligent!
I found Mathnasium and made a last effort deal with my son. If he would agree to Mathnasium
for his first semester then I would allow for him to explore meds should he not be successful.
Long story short, My boy made and A for the semester and is signing up for A.P. math next year. His confidence is up and the holes in his math history are fixed! We may well return to keep him on target for his AP math in the future.
Mathnasium gave my son the ability to preform at the level necessary to succeed. As a result, his confidence grew and all of his courses landed him a 3.8 for his first semester of high school.
The meds argument is no more! On that note, I would just add that kids need time to develop before we commit them to meds!
I could not be happier with the methods and results!
