Hello from Mathnasium of Littleton! Today we want to introduce you to one of our previous students, Kristie Brouillette.

Kristie attended Mathnasium of Littleton from Jan 2016 through May 2021.

Q: Do you remember what brought you into Mathnasium of Littleton for the first time? A: The math Tri-Mathlon brought me to the center. I participated as a first grader even though the youngest was supposed to be second grade. Then I took an interview of my interests and I learned that doing math is fun!

Q: How did enrolling in Mathnasium affect your academic future? A: Before I joined Mathnasium in the middle of my first grade year, I was really struggling in math and it was one of my least favorite subjects. After attending, I was doing really well in math and I now consider it one of my favorite subjects! I attended Mathnasium for about 5 years even though I had gotten caught up and enjoyed math, I still enjoyed attending until my schedule got too busy with other activities.

Q: Do you still use the math you learned at Mathnasium of Littleton today? A: I definitely still use some of the concepts I learned at Mathnasium because they make complex problems so easy.

Q: So, where are you now? A: I am now an 8th grader at Deer Creek Middle School. I do dance, golf, and violin in my free time while working towards getting straight A’s and studying lots!
