1. When was your center/re’s grand opening??

A: Our center originally opened in 2015 but we didn't take it over and open it as the Cherry Hills Mathnasium until January 0f 2016. We were a small place and really excited to grow!

2. Of all your employees, who has been with you the longest?

A: Aside from our Center Director, Jennifer has been with our center the longest. She has been with us since 2019! Jennifer is a retired electrical engineer who spends a couple afternoons a week tutoring Mathnasium students. She enjoys the opportunity to share her knowledge with the younger generation!

3. Who is the owner/director of your center?

A: Our Center Director, Sierra Richards, has worked as an instructor, lead instructor, assistant director, and finally center director. She knows all the roles and has been our Center Director since mid 2016! Sierra loves her two corgis, Kili and Winter! In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her dogs.

4. What local schools does your center serve?

A: Cherry Creek High School, Thomas Jefferson High School, West Middle School, Campus Middle School, Southmoor Elementary, Slavens, Cherry Hills Village Elementary, and many more!

5. What are parents saying about your center?

A: "The center is very well-run and professional. The welcoming and supportive teachers and atmosphere made a dramatic improvement in our kids' confidence and attitude toward Math. They are flexible, and try to work with our erratic schedules. Sierra and Rachel are amazing people who truly care about both of our kids (from fraction to college calculus). We have found that all of the teachers are wonderful."

"We love going to this Mathnasium. My kids look forward to it and often ask if I can sign them up for another session right away. The owner is friendly, gets to know the kids and has her dogs there which is a highlight for my kids."

"My son attended Mathnasium of Cherry Hills this summer. He has a natural love of math but struggles to stay focused. The tutors that worked with him were incredible and really made the effort to connect with him and accommodate his learning style and mathematical areas of interest while introducing new topics as well. One tutor, Stew, truly went above and beyond building a personal connection with my son and sharing ideas and resources to support him. Rachel was also amazing and the director Sierra was so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this center for any child needing help with math, or excelling in math and needing support to learn at their level."
