There are so many apps available in the app store - some useful, some not. Did you know there are apps that can help improve your math skills? Below are a few of our favorite math apps that are worth checking out!
- Photomath: Snap a photo of a math equation and get a step-by-step solution to the problem! So helpful for students who are confused about a specific problem in math class or who want to use it to check their work. ​​

- GeometryPad: GeometryPad helps high school students with complicated geometric concepts and provides practice exercises to reinforce them.
- BuzzMath: This web-based app provides practice questions that are aligned to the common core standards used by Coral Gables and Coconut Grove public schools.

- BrainScape Flashcards: Reinforce math formulas used in high school math with this app. Create your own flashcard set to memorize and retain using spaced repetition.
- Desmos: Many Miami high school math classes require students to use graphing calculators. While Desmos does not completely replace a TI-calculator, this app allows students to have some of the same graphing calculator functions available on their phone or tablet.
