So many apps are available in the app store: games, news, health, you name it. But did you know there are apps that can help you in math? Here are a few of our favorite math apps that are worth checking out!
- Photomath: Snap a photo of a math equation then get a step-by-step solution a moment later! Perfect for a particularly vexing math problem - or if you want to check your work and figure out your careless mistake. ​

- GeometryPad: Try this app to reinforce your knowledge of high school geometry concepts and get extra practice problems, too.
- BuzzMath: lots of practice problems that are aligned to common core standards used by public schools in Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall, and Pinecrest.
- BrainScape Flashcards: Create your own flashcard set to help memorize formulas using spaced repetition.
- Desmos: Many Miami high school math curricula require graphing calculators. Desmos does not replace a TI-calculator, but it does provide many of the same graphing functions so you can use your phone or tablet instead.
