New session scheduler and program packages

To better control the flow of people coming in and out of our center, we will be switching from drop-in session to scheduled ones.

We will provide a simple and intuitive scheduler for all parents to use. With it, you can schedule sessions up to a month ahead! Plan your student's sessions out and we will send reminders the day of each session.

Program packages have been changed to accomodate this

All account types will be converted into our new encompassing program package.

Program packages are now based of the number of hours scheduled.  This is similar to how our old package works but now with this now you can schedule more hours in a single day!

The basic program package will be 13 hours per month, with more hours added for a additional cost. Call us to learn more about the package changes.

Short term packages available

For families who might be interested in trying out Mathnasium over the summer, month-to-month and by-the-week enrollments are both available. We encourage all families to look into keeping thier student's math on track over the summer!

What to expect when you enter Mathnasium

Instructors trained to limit spread of COVID-19

Our instructors will be trained to screen for any signs of covid-19. That includes non-contact body temperature checks.

Wearing a facemask will be mandatory

Anyone who enters the center will be required to wear a facemask. Instructors and staff will also be wearing facemasks during operation hours.

Waiting area removed

We will no longer have a lounge for parents and students to use. Instead, you must wait in your car when students are completing thier session. This is to ensure the least amount of people inside the center at any given time. This follows our next operation change...

Students must be picked up as soon as session ends

Students will no longer be able to wait in center for pick up. Out of neccecity students will need to step out of the center as soon as their session ends. While we want our students to be able to browse our rewards cabinet or play cool math games, we must be conservative about the number of people in close proximity to each other.

Hands-free sanitation will be provided during entry and departure

Hand sanitizer will be provided and students must wash their hands before and after their session. Instructors will be also routinely washing thier hands as they work with different students each session.

Desks and shared learning materials will be rigourously cleaned

Desks, chairs, and any materials students use will be sanitized before they handle them. In addition, Students will not be sharing any work materials with other students in the center.

Students will be seated separated from each other

Students will be seated at their own individual desks no less than 6 feet apart from other students.

Any sick students will not be able to have in-center sessions

While before the shutdown we wouldn't mind a sneeze or cough here and there, we want keep the learning environment a safe and comforable place to learn math. Students who have colds, flus, or any other sickness will be asked to stay at home to rest and come back when they are all better!

@Home Distance learning program still available

If you are unsure about having your students come in-center, we will still be providing our online @Home program as another option! While transitioning from in-center to @Home and vice-versa comes at no cost, students can only be enrolled in one program at a time.

You can learn more about our @Home program here!
